Menichetti Cioccolato is an artisan manufacturer specialized in handmade chocolate products. The company is located in Montopoli Val d’Arno (PISA), in the heart of Tuscany, in that italian area that is now called the Tuscan Chocolate Valley: a true district of artisan companies, shops and maitre chocolatier.
The company was officially founded in 2002, but finds its origins in the artisan workshop of the Menichetti family which since 1960 has been producing sweets and delights in the pastry shop of Ponte a Egola (PISA).
Following its family tradition, but embarking on a new and more contemporary path, Riccardo Menichetti decided to focus his laboratory in the chocolate field, specializing initially in spreadable chocolate creams.
Year after year, the assortment is expanded with new high quality products, made with an optimized production process, but with the traditional care and the personalization of the product that only a flexible and manual artisanal production can allow.
The fundamental philosophy of the company is the attention in the choice of ingredients and in proposing chocolate creations not only to pastries and gourmet shops, but also to a wider public.
